DELIVERY INFORMATION 

All prints will be dispatched within 7 working days of purchase.

Worldwide / international shipping - Items can be delivered to most countries at a flat rate of £5.

You will be sent a tracking number once your order is despatched. If you are having issues tracking your item please contact davidostudiouk@gmail.com

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please check your tracking number to locate and collect your order if it has been attempted to be delivered whilst you are out. If it is left unclaimed for too long a period, it will be returned to the UK.

Where orders are returned to us due to incorrect / incomplete address or for items that remain unclaimed at a postal depot after attempted delivery, you will be liable for any additional costs required to fulfil the order.

Customs Charges / Import Duty

Where items are supplied for export from the United Kingdom, the customer is liable for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination and for payment of any import duties or taxes which are levied on them. 

RETURNS INFORMATION

All artwork is individually made to order, and so cannot be refunded or exchanged once they have been processed.
